visionhorizon.enterprises is a marketing website for Vision Horizon Enterprises. It describes our services, shows examples of our work, and provides a way to contact us. Visiting this site does not create a contract, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side.

We try to keep the information here accurate. If something is wrong or out of date, let us know. Content on this site may change without notice.

Preview pricing — not a binding offer

Prices displayed on this site are working founding rates published ahead of our official launch. They are illustrative — intended to give you a realistic sense of what things cost — but they are not a binding offer or a commitment to deliver at those prices.

Every engagement is individually scoped and priced in a written agreement before any work begins. A price shown on this site does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. The formal agreement (scope document and statement of work) governs.

Founding rates may be refined at launch. Clients who engage us at current rates will be notified in advance of any changes; locked rates are stated in the written agreement.

Concept builds are demonstrations, not real clients

The concept sites linked from our portfolio (Ridgeline Roastery, Peak Crew Climbing, Summit Ridge Lodge) represent fictional businesses. They are built by Vision Horizon Enterprises to demonstrate design quality and system capabilities. They are not real clients, not live businesses, and not endorsements of any product or service.

Any business names, addresses, menu items, pricing, staff names, or other details in the concept sites are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real businesses is coincidental.

Demo sandbox

The interactive demo flows within concept sites (such as the Summit Ridge Lodge booking flow) are sandboxed demonstrations. They are provided for evaluation purposes only:

• No real reservations are accepted or confirmed through demo flows.
• No payment information is collected, processed, or stored. Do not enter real credit card numbers.
• Any personal details you enter in a demo flow are not transmitted to our servers and are not retained.
• Demo data may be reset at any time without notice.

Do not submit real personal information, real business information, or real payment details in any demo or concept site. These environments exist to show how a system would work, not to process real transactions.

Intellectual property

The Vision Horizon Enterprises name, logo, product names (Azimuth, Dispatch, Cairn, Field Research, Outpost), and the content on this site are the property of Vision Horizon Enterprises. Don't reproduce or misrepresent them without our permission.

Client ownership pledge: When we build a site or system for a client under a written agreement, the deliverables (site code, design assets, content) belong to the client upon full payment, as specified in that agreement. The underlying platform systems (booking engine, content engine infrastructure) remain ours — but your data, your brand assets, and your content are always yours. Limitation of liability — plain English

This site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantees that it's always correct, complete, or accessible.

To the extent allowed by law: Vision Horizon Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Our total liability to you for anything related to this site is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that can't be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
