A lean team — or one determined person — running what used to take a whole corporation. That's not a marketing premise. We operate Modern Explorer, a field-service landscaping company, and this technology group on the same infrastructure we sell. Every system gets weight-tested under real operational conditions before it reaches a client. We build in the open, prove it first, and make it available to operators who want to run the same way.
The goal is a world where the difference in operating capability between a one-person operation and a large organization is a matter of tool access — not headcount.

We tell you the cost before we charge it. Anything beyond your plan is quoted and approved in writing first — not discovered on an invoice after the fact.
- Your domain, registered in your name. Always. We configure and manage it; you own it outright. Transfer it any time, no exit fee.
- Flat monthly. Fixes and upgrades included — not sold back to you. Where a percentage plan serves you better (Azimuth Starter), we publish the rate, you opt in, and we tell you when switching to flat saves you more.
- Your site is yours. Your data exports clean. Your domain, accounts, customer records, and content — always yours, in formats any other provider can use. No ransom fees. No export walls.
- Every cost agreed in writing before we charge it. Anything beyond your plan — a new feature, a scope addition, a system change — is submitted as a written quote. You approve it. Then we charge it.
What "yours stays yours" means in practice: the booking platform, the content engine — the infrastructure we run — are how we deliver the service; like any service provider, the machinery stays with us. What leaves with you, always: your website, your domain, your content, your customer records, your member list — exported clean, any time you ask. We keep clients by earning next month, not by trapping them.
