The Straight Deal.

Build fee is one-time — you pay for the site once, and it's yours. Managed and hosting fees are separate monthly — that's the machinery: uptime, security patches, support. Two different things, billed that way.

The prices above are starting points. Your price is in your written quote before you pay a cent. It's locked for your term. If anything changes after that, you hear about it 30 days ahead and decide. Anything new is quoted and approved before it's charged.
